Lymphatic Self-Care for Women — Chest, Breast, and Neck | Hands-on Virtual Workshop

Lymphatic self-massage is one of the most effective, and most overlooked, tools in women's health. In this hands-on virtual workshop, you'll learn how to support your body's lymphatic system through a gentle, effective practice you can do in five minutes a day.

What we'll cover:

  • what your lymphatic system is and how lymph moves through the neck, chest, and breasts

  • why flow slows down during hormonal shifts including puberty, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause

  • how to practice a simple daily routine safely and effectively at home

This class is a good fit if you're:

  • A woman navigating hormonal shifts in any season of life

  • Postpartum or breastfeeding and managing swelling or tenderness (but this is not only for postpartum women!)

  • Struggling with neck pain/tension, chest heaviness/tenderness, postural problems, or immune sluggishness

  • Someone who has the tendency to hold emotions inside- especially anger, rage, resentment and grief

  • Ready to learn a simple, body-based practice you can return to on your own

This is a live class and a replay will be provided. Participants will also receive a pdf guide.

**Please wear a sports bra or tank top so you can practice on yourself during the class.**

Suggested supplies to bring to class include:

  • Oil of your choice (coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, shea nut oil, olive oil). Lotion is not ideal for this work as it tends to absorb into the skin too quickly.

  • Gua sha tool - There are many gua sha tools available these days - here is what I prefer →
