Most women have never been taught how their digestive system and pelvic floor are connected — or how profoundly that connection shapes their daily health, their hormones, and their quality of life.
In this two-hour virtual class, we'll explore the gut and pelvic floor as the integrated system they actually are, and give you practical, hands-on tools to support both.
What we'll cover:
How the gut and pelvic floor communicate and why dysfunction in one almost always affects the other
The role of the lymphatic system in digestive health, elimination, and pelvic congestion
Why so many women experience bloating, constipation, prolapse, leaking, pelvic pain, and heaviness — and what's actually happening beneath those symptoms
How hormonal shifts across the lifespan affect gut motility, pelvic floor tone, and the microbiome
Hands-on self-care practices: abdominal self-massage, visceral techniques, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness you can take home and use
This class is for you if:
You experience bloating, constipation, IBS, or sluggish digestion
You have pelvic floor symptoms — leaking, prolapse, pressure, pain, or disconnection
You're in perimenopause or menopause and noticing changes in your gut or pelvic health
You simply want to understand this part of your body better and know how to care for it
You'll leave with: A clear understanding of how these systems work together, a guided self-care practice you can do at home, and a handout with everything you need to continue the work.
No prior experience necessary. Just bring curiosity, a willingness to get your hands on your own body, and something comfortable to wear.
Suggested supplies to bring to class include:
Oil of your choice (coconut oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, shea nut oil, olive oil). Lotion is not ideal for this work as it tends to absorb into the skin too quickly.
