Registered Nurse, Board Certified Nurse Coach
I work with women who want a more integrative, personalized approach to their health — helping them address the lifestyle, nervous system, and behavioral factors that influence long-term wellbeing.
I believe wellness involves the foods we eat, the ways we move our body, how we manage stress, the products we consume, the work we do, and the relationships we keep. When we make choices that are nourishing to ourselves, we are better able to care for our families. I believe wellness is absolutely not about perfection, but more about clarifying our values, needs, and desires and moving towards them with self-compassion.
My work is also shaped by my own lived experience. As a survivor and single mother of two girls, I have walked through seasons of deep disconnection, grief, and rebuilding. I know what it feels like to lose your footing and question the direction of your life.
That journey taught me that healing is not just about information or willpower. It is about learning to reconnect with your body, clarify your values, and rebuild trust in your own inner wisdom.
This understanding allows me to sit with women in difficult seasons with steadiness, compassion, and respect for the complexity of their lives.
As a mother of two daughters, I know the beauty and challenges of caring deeply for others while also tending to yourself. Motherhood continues to teach me about resilience, humility, and the wisdom of choosing growth over perfection.
