I’m Brandie, and I guide women out of burnout, depletion, and overwhelm into sacred self-leadership and embodied, heart-centered living.

As a survivor and solo mother of two girls, I’ve walked through the fire of abuse, self-abandonment, and disconnection. I know what it’s like to give your power away and feel lost and confused. I know the turmoil of sleepless nights and anxious days. I know the grief of life taking an unwanted turn, and the radical acceptance required to move on.

I’ve also discovered the freedom and deep healing that comes from owning my story, my body, my healing, and choosing joy as a way of life.

As a Board Certified Nurse Coach, I have specialized training in an emerging integrative healthcare paradigm that empowers you to be the owner of your body and your health. Using the holistic lifestyle and somatic practices of mindfulness, nourishment, rest, movement, boundaries, and listening to your body’s wisdom, you can heal your body and your life.

I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. I listen deeply and honor your unique story, life, and needs. I help you move from knowing what you “should” do to living what is true for you.

Well Woman Coaching: A Whole-Person Approach to Women’s Health + Healing

Well Woman Coaching™ is a co-creative partnership focused on your healing, your wholeness, and your season of life. We begin right where you are and explore where you want to go.

Together, we take a deep dive to understand your story, challenges, and patterns. From there, we co-create a personalized path toward your most vital, authentic, and resourced self.

As a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, I bring together 20+ years of clinical experience, holistic tools, and trauma-informed presence. I don’t just address symptoms—I help you reclaim your energy, nervous system balance, and inner clarity through a coaching relationship rooted in trust, deep listening, and co-created transformation.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you as you define healing on your own terms and embody it step-by-step.

I don’t even know what to say except I wish I would have started seeing Brandie 2 years ago during my first pregnancy!! I’ve never had a massage like hers where they stretch you and do adjustments.
