As a Board Certified Nurse Coach, I bring together over two decades of experience in healthcare with training in holistic and integrative approaches that empower women to take ownership of their bodies, their health, and the direction of their lives.
I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed.

My work is designed as an ecosystem of support for women who want to take ownership of their health and wellbeing. Some women begin with Bodywork or Sound Healing to support their nervous system and physical health. Others start with a Clarity Session to explore their goals, challenges, and possibilities through an integrative framework.
From there, you may choose to go deeper with Well Woman Coaching, a 6-month comprehensive process; or join the Well Woman Circle, a monthly group space for reflection, learning, and connection.
The Well Woman Process™
A cyclical framework for cultivating discernment and restoring the foundations of women’s health.
The Well Woman Process is a cyclical, integrative framework designed to support women through seasons of transition, hormone shifts, stress, burnout, and personal growth.
It unfolds in four phases:
Reflect + Clarify
We begin by exploring what’s happening in your health and life. Together we identify patterns in symptoms, stress, lifestyle, and environment to better understand what your body may be communicating and needing in this season of life.
Co-Create + Plan
Next, we clarify priorities and develop supportive practices that strengthen the foundations of health, with a focus on the key actions that move the needle the most- nourishment, rest, movement, and boundaries.
Accountability + Action
Through ongoing support, we implement practical changes and navigate obstacles so that meaningful shifts can take root.
Embodiment
Over time and practice, you develop greater awareness, resilience, and discernment in how you care for your body and life.
At the heart of this process is cultivating discernment— learning to understand and trust your body, evaluate health information wisely, and make aligned decisions about your wellbeing.
This is not about fixing you. It’s about walking alongside you as you reclaim your health on your own terms and embody it daily.
