Welcome home to your sacred body.

I’m Brandie, and I guide women out of burnout, betrayal, and depletion into self-leadership, restoration, and embodied, heart-centered living in the home of your sacred body.

As a survivor and solo mother of two girls, I’ve walked through the fire of abuse, self-abandonment, and disconnection. I know what it’s like to give your power away and feel lost and confused. I know the turmoil of sleepless nights and anxious days. I know the grief of life taking an unwanted turn, and the radical acceptance required to move on.

I’ve also discovered the freedom and deep healing that comes from owning my story, my body, my healing, and choosing joy as a way of life.

As a Board Certified Nurse Coach, I have specialized training in an emerging integrative healthcare paradigm that empowers you to be the owner of your body and your health. Using the holistic lifestyle and somatic practices of mindfulness, nourishment, rest, movement, boundaries, and listening to your body’s wisdom, you can heal your body and your life.

I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. I listen deeply and honor your unique story, life, and needs. I help you move from knowing what you “should” do to living what is true for you.

My Philosophy

Wellness is not about being perfect.

In my own life, I’ve discovered that pursuing perfection is a waste of time and energy and usually leaves me feeling depressed, anxious and unfulfilled.

As Anne Lamott says, “Perfection is the voice of the oppressor.” Instead, I guide you to your own clarity about who you are and what you need. In our work together, you’ll move through fear, claim what you need, and take ownership of your health and your life in a sustainable way that feels good.

I believe wellness begins with our belief system and is rooted in our connection to the wisdom of the body. This includes the foods we eat, the way we move and inhabit our bodies, how we respond to stress, the products we use, the work we engage in, the quality of our relationships, and our connection to the Divine. True wellness is an embodied experience—one that invites us to come home to ourselves— again and again.

When we make choices that honor and nourish ourselves, we are better able to care for our families, show up in our communities, and live with integrity.

    I take my two decades of experience and learning and apply it to your specific needs and circumstances. I believe your body has an incredible capacity to heal from pain and imbalances, given the right conditions.  Holistic Bodywork supports your body’s innate healing capabilities through compassionate, intelligent touch and effective manual therapy focused on your personal goals and intentions.

  • Well Woman Coaching is a co-creative partnership focused on you. We begin right where you are. Maybe you know the missing pieces in your life and health puzzle or what you want to work on. Maybe you just know something needs to change.

    We’ll take a deep dive to get a full picture of your life story and challenges. And together we’ll co-create a plan to guide you towards your most vital self in this season of life. I offer my vetted resources and guidance in a highly personalized, playful coaching relationship.

    We’ll use effective healing tools such as mindfulness and body awareness practices to support you in creating your version of health and well-being. Working together over a period of time offers the benefit of moving through the inevitable challenges that get in the way of creating new habits and reclaiming your well-being.
