Lymphatic self-massage is one of the most effective, and most overlooked, tools in women's health. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to support your body's lymphatic system through a gentle, intentional practice you can do in five minutes a day.
What we'll cover:
how lymph moves through the neck, chest, and breasts
why flow slows down during hormonal shifts and postpartum recovery,
and how to practice a simple daily routine safely and effectively at home.
We’ll close with a 30-minute sound bath, giving your body space to settle and integrate the work.
This class was designed for women who are:
Postpartum or breastfeeding and managing breast tenderness, swelling, or mastitis risk
Navigating hormonal shifts that affect how your body holds fluid
Dealing with recurring neck tension, chest heaviness, or immune sluggishness
Ready to learn a simple, body-based practice you can return to on your own
Participants will receive a printed guide, bottle of oil, and gua sha tool to take home.
**Please wear a sports bra or tank top so you can practice on yourself during the class.**
