Lymphatic Self-Care for Women — Support for Your Immune, Hormone & Breast Health

  • New Mom School - Katy 23108 Seven Meadows Parkway Katy, TX, 77494 United States (map)

Lymphatic self-massage is one of the most effective, and most overlooked, tools in women's health. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to support your body's lymphatic system through a gentle, intentional practice you can do in five minutes a day.

What we'll cover:

  • how lymph moves through the neck, chest, and breasts

  • why flow slows down during hormonal shifts and postpartum recovery,

  • and how to practice a simple daily routine safely and effectively at home.

We’ll close with a 30-minute sound bath, giving your body space to settle and integrate the work.

This class was designed for women who are:

  • Postpartum or breastfeeding and managing breast tenderness, swelling, or mastitis risk

  • Navigating hormonal shifts that affect how your body holds fluid

  • Dealing with recurring neck tension, chest heaviness, or immune sluggishness

  • Ready to learn a simple, body-based practice you can return to on your own

Participants will receive a printed guide, bottle of oil, and gua sha tool to take home.

**Please wear a sports bra or tank top so you can practice on yourself during the class.**
