Integrative Group Support for Women’s Health

Life asks a lot of women.

And for many of us, there comes a point when we realize we’re the ones holding nearly everything together— our health, our homes, our families, our work— without the level of support we actually need.

We’re left to figure things out on our own while navigating fatigue, stress, shifting hormones, emotional overwhelm, and the quiet question of how to actually feel well again.

The Well Woman Circle was created to fill that gap with something most women are missing—consistent, holistic support focused on your well-being.

This is not another class or one-time visit that leaves you feeling unheard, unseen, or like there must be more to the story of your health.

And while many programs focus on quick fixes or surface-level solutions, the Well Woman Circle focuses on what truly creates change— shifting your beliefs and your choices to make space for real rest, nourishment, movement, boundaries, and the deeper patterns shaping how you live and feel.

Through a blend of grounded teaching and live coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • better understand what’s going on in your body

  • make sense of what you’re experiencing

  • and take meaningful steps forward with support

How it Works

Led by Brandie Joyce Trigger, RN, NC-BC, a Board-Certified Nurse Coach specializing in women’s health, the Well Woman Circle offers a space to feel clearer, more connected, and more supported— not just in your health, but in how you’re living your life. Each session blends focused education with live coaching, so you’re not just learning— you’re supported in creating real change.

A Different Approach to Women’s Health

Most women are used to piecing their care together— appointments here, information there—without a space that truly supports the full picture of their health and life.

The Well Woman Circle is different because it centers you— your needs, your energy, your health, and the way you’re actually living day to day.

Nurse-Led
Led by a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, this work bridges clinical knowledge and holistic healing— supporting your body, mind, and nervous system in a way that complements your medical care.

Coaching-Based
This is not a class you passively attend. It’s an active, collaborative process where you’re supported in applying what you’re learning in real time within your body, your habits, and your life.

Grounded + Practical
We focus on what actually moves the needle: rest, nourishment, movement, boundaries, and the patterns that impact your energy and well-being.

Somatic + Reflective
You’ll be invited into deeper awareness through conversation, reflection, and simple body-based practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional clarity.

Consistent Support
Rather than starting and stopping, this is an ongoing space where you can stay connected, be supported, and continue moving forward— without having to do it all on your own.

We support women in moving from knowing, to doing, to being in a way that is grounded, realistic, and sustainable.

Is this for you?

This space is for women who are ready for a different way of approaching their health— one that is more supported, more connected, and gets to the root of what’s going on in your body.

Topics discussed on calls often include:

  • Energy, fatigue, and nervous system regulation

  • Blood sugar balance and metabolic health

  • Hormonal shifts (including perimenopause and cycle changes)

  • Sleep, stress, and recovery

  • Gut health and inflammation

  • Lymphatic self-care for immune health and hormone balance

  • Boundaries, capacity, and burnout

  • Emotional health and mental clarity

  • Building sustainable habits that support your real life

The Well Woman Circle may be a good fit if:

  • You’re tired of figuring things out on your own and are ready for consistent guidance and support

  • You’re navigating fatigue, stress, hormone shifts, or changes in your health and want a more holistic approach

  • You want a space to reflect, be seen, and have meaningful conversations about what’s actually going on

  • You’re ready to feel more nourished, rested, and connected to yourself

  • You value guidance that is both practical and grounded in real life

  • You want to be in a space with other women who are thoughtful, self-aware, and engaged in their own growth

FAQs

Is this a therapy group?
No — this is holistic education and health coaching led by a registered nurse and board-certified nurse coach. It complements therapy beautifully but focuses on wellness, education about your changing body, and community care.

What happens on a group coaching call?
Each session begins with a focused teaching on a relevant women’s health topic, then opens into live coaching and group conversation based on the group’s needs.

You may be coached directly, or learn through the coaching of others, along with reflection, discussion, and practical guidance you can apply in your daily life.

Not everyone is coached each call, but everyone benefits from the process.

What if I don’t like group settings?
It’s common to feel hesitant about being vulnerable in a group, especially if you’ve felt dismissed or overlooked in the past. That’s why this group is intentionally small, spacious, and guided with care. Many women find that being witnessed and supported by others becomes the most healing part of the experience.

Will there be 1:1 support included?
While the focus is on group connection and support, as a circle member, you’ll have access to discounted private sessions for additional, personalized guidance.

Is this covered by insurance?
No, this coaching program is not covered by insurance. However, many participants find it is a cost-effective alternative or complement to other forms of care. We accept HSA/FSA cards — check with your provider.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable
. If something unexpected comes up and you’re unable to participate in the group, we’re happy to discuss options for transferring your enrollment to another service.
