This gathering begins with a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and return to yourself in a holy space created for your restoration.

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses musical frequency, vibration, and intention to support healing in the body, mind, and spirit. In this sanctuary of sound, you'll be invited to release tension, quiet your mind, and open your heart.

Following the sound bath, you are welcome to stay for a women’s circle- an optional, facilitated space for reflection, grounding, and shared presence. The circle offers an opportunity to safely share and integrate anything you’re navigating through witnessing, quiet listening, and connection with other women in a supportive, respectful environment. You may participate as much or as little as feels right for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.
