Well Woman Co. + Steel Magnolia Moms

You don’t have to do this on your own.

You deserve support, resources, and guidance to heal from within yourself.

It’s time to…

uncover your inner strength.

make nourishing choices.

and enjoy your body.

Hello! I’m Brandie and it’s been my life path to support women and families with practical, holistic tools for health and well-being.

In working with hundreds of women as a Registered Nurse, Women's Wellness Coach and Bodyworker, I know this- we are not meant to do life alone. In fact, we are made for connection and belonging.

We can survive in isolation, but we thrive in connection and community.

In my women’s wellness coaching practice, I have observed the pervasive struggle to prioritize well-being and true self-care in my clients again and again (and experienced it myself!). This led me to create a group coaching program to harness the power of what happens when women gather in safe communities with a shared mission.

Well Woman Co. is a community of women creating our lives with intention. Through private and group coaching, women take action to create more health and wellbeing using sacred self-care practices, accountability, guidance, and connection.

Wellness is not about being perfect.

In my own life, I’ve discovered that pursuing perfection is a waste of time and energy and always leaves me feeling drained and unfulfilled.

As Anne Lamott says, “Perfection is the voice of the oppressor.” Instead, we can embrace our imperfections as opportunities for growth as we step into more ownership of our health and our lives.

What You'll Get from the Program

Over 8 weeks, we'll cover four pillars of wellness- Rest, Nourishment, Movement, and Boundaries. Through weekly lessons, audio practices and our biweekly group calls, you will learn about your wise, beautiful body and (re)discover what you need to thrive.

This program is designed to empower you with the tools and guidance to understand your body, and how your daily thoughts, choices and actions can create more health. You will make new self-discoveries and you will start to take bold, courageous action to create what you really want in your life and your health.

You will also get:

  • Expert guidance on using lifestyle practices to balance your hormones and take ownership of your health.

  • Audio mindfulness practices to help you process stress and develop more resilience.

  • Accountability and connection with other women to practice self-care that makes a positive impact in the way you feel.

  • Enhanced self-awareness and clarity about what really matters to you so you can feel centered and grounded.

  • A safe community to be heard and seen so you can move through your obstacles and feel more connected to yourself and others.

  • Better health, balanced hormones and feeling good in your body again.

  • Relationships with women who are on a similar path of self-discovery and self-ownership.

  • More empowered decision-making from your inner knowing.

  • Clarity, focus and motivation to get unstuck and move forward in your life.

Before starting this program, I was experiencing debilitating menstrual migraines managed with pain medication. Through this program and Brandie’s support, I began reading the book Hormone Intelligence by Aviva Romm, MD and taking steps to manage my migraines and overall health more naturally. I have committed to a 3-month program with a functional medicine practitioner and finally feel like I’m taking control of my hormones in preparation for menopause. Brandie has an incredible way of asking the right (often tough) questions and encouraging insights that would be impossible on my own. Her down-to-earth personality and medical background are a perfect combination to create safety and trust in the coaching relationship. As a result of this program I have made lifestyle changes and recognized habits that may be increasing my symptoms. I’ve realized I don’t have to just accept my migraines as “part of life” and I can take more control of my medical care by accessing new resources.

As a single mom to a daughter with special needs, I have experienced the isolation and struggles that come with raising a child with special needs. It has been hard to prioritize myself consistently. This program helped me to be more aware of times in my life when I have not had as much grace with myself and helped me realize how not allowing that grace actually drains my energy. I have learned some skills such as tapping (EFT) to help me manage and overcome emotional roadblocks as they come up. I am learning to eat with more intention, and how to set boundaries in my family. The feeling of support in a non-judgmental environment is so conducive to allowing me to be more vulnerable and allowing me more access into areas of my life where I can benefit from positive change and growth.

This program is a safe space to be honest about where you are right now without being judged or made to feel broken. Brandie is kind, gentle and insightful. What I like best about the coaching relationship is being able to see what's bothering me or holding me back from a different angle. Brandie helped to identify patterns that may need attention that had become so ingrained that I never thought to look and see if those patterns were holding me back. I enjoyed hearing other women’s experiences along with mine. Each woman brought a new insight that I could apply to my journey. The program helped me to be careful with saying "I should" and to give myself more grace. It reminded me of the need to plan ahead to be the most successful when it comes to healthy eating. It's inspired me to reframe what I think of as fun in this new body of mine.

How it works

  1. After you are accepted into the program, you will receive access to an exclusive online space where you will access the content each week and connect with other women in the Magnolia Wellness and Well Woman Co. community.

  2. There are four biweekly two-hour group coaching calls where we will dive deep into the concepts and guide you through the obstacles to making lifestyle changes.

*All calls will be recorded for later viewing if you can’t attend live.

  3. There will be opportunities for private coaching sessions and other incentives throughout the program to incentivize engagement and encourage your success.

I follow a holistic nursing process to guide you through our program. This process is non-linear and cyclical, just like us.

Is this program right for me?

If you are ready to prioritize yourself, you’re ready to learn how to set boundaries, you are ready to stop making decisions out of fear, and you want to feel better, this program is for you. Here are a few other common questions:

Is there a religious component to this program?

There is not a religious component; however, because I view health through a holistic lens, there is absolutely a spiritual component including the tools and support to (re)discover your own spiritual practice or rituals that work for you.

I don’t have a lot of free time right now, how much time does this require?

I’ve designed this program on the principles of Do Less philosophy so that we maximize our results by following the cycles of our bodies and nature. You can anticipate spending 30 mins to 2 hours per week accessing the content and doing the practices. Our calls are two hours every two weeks. And because this is a small group coaching program, I ask that you commit 100% to showing up for yourself and our group by attending the calls and interacting with the weekly lessons.

What is the cost of the program?

The cost of the program is covered by Steel Magnolia Moms. We just ask that you engage fully and show up for yourself and your sisters.

What women say about our work together

“Brandie is a healer, emotionally and physically.” — Megan Carling

“Brandie has an amazing intuition that makes her coaching truly meaningful in a way I haven’t found from other therapists. She has made such a difference in my life.” — Nikayla T.

“I have gained a renewed energy toward my whole-woman wellness. By shining a light on my excuses and unhealthy habits, I am now ready to take responsibility for meeting my own needs. I have learned that self-compassion is a key component to my mental and emotional well-being, that self-care is a lot more (and sometimes a lot less) than I originally believed, and that I can become a better mama through play!” — Jodie Gonzales

Not only was I gifted with a number of books and resources to turn to after our coaching program ended, I also gained specific tools and ideas to help me accomplish daily creativity while still being able to be present in my real life.— Ashley S.

“I was facing a number of challenges in my life, including dealing with the grief over the loss of a parent, trying to decide how to find meaningful work outside the home and working through difficulties with a high-intensity child. Brandie helped me get in touch with my inner strength and leadership skills and make positive steps on my own behalf and on behalf of my family. Brandie is an amazingly intuitive coach. She seems to just sense the true nature of your struggle even if you don’t have the words to describe it. She offers gentle guidance that is usually right on the mark for the direction you need to take. She is a wealth of knowledge about integrative medicine and self-care. As a result of our coaching, I have uncovered my inner strength and leadership and was able to stop using anti-depressants to control fear and anxiety.” — N. Thomas

“As a wife, mother of three young children, and small business owner, the level of stress I feel can be overwhelming. My coaching sessions help me clarify the current issue, focus on facing it in a healthy way and move forward with an intention. Brandie is able to help me focus on an issue or struggle in my life, label it, and set an intention. My husband sees how our entire family benefits! ” — Nancy C.

“When I’ve been in therapy in the past, it’s good to have someone hear your feelings and there’s some clarity that comes with it, but nothing as quickly as when I was coached with you. That clarity has come much quicker and more easily. And it comes from me- it’s you bringing it out of me. For me, it’s been so helpful, so thank you.” — Laura M.

“I’ve come to realize that my mood changes, and that is totally okay; it is also beneficial to adapt my choices depending on my mood (not pushing myself too hard on rough days, adjusting my expectations based on my mood/energy). Through the Collective, I have gained support, learned how to embrace my whole self and also discovered how to thrive.” — Carley F.
