Hello! I’m Brandie and I’m overjoyed you’re here. It’s been my life path to support women and families with practical, holistic tools for well-being.
I designed this 8-week program as a response to the upheaval we have experienced in one way or another over the past several months, the impact it's likely having on our health, and the need for clarity and connection as we move forward.
After working with many women as an RN Women's Wellness Coach and Bodyworker, I know this- we are not meant to do life alone. In fact, we are made for connection and belonging.
We can survive in isolation, but we thrive in connection and community.
Wellness is not about being perfect.
In my own life, I’ve discovered that pursuing perfection is a waste of time and energy and always leaves me feeling depressed and unfulfilled.
As Anne Lamott says, “Perfection is the voice of the oppressor.” Instead, I guide you to take action to move through fear, claim what you need, and take ownership of your health and your life in a way that feels really good.
What You'll Get From This Program
Over 8 weeks, we'll cover the pillars of wellness- Rest, Boundaries, Nourishment, Movement, Mindfulness, and Environment. Each week you will get a new lesson to help you focus and take action in these areas so you can move forward with more confidence.
My hope and intention for these 8 weeks is that you will integrate new insights and self-discoveries and you will start to take bold, courageous action to create what you want in your life.

How it works
After you join the program, you will receive access to an exclusive online space (not Facebook!) for the course. This is where you will access the content each week and where you will connect with other women in our community.
Over the 8 weeks, we will have four one-hour group coaching calls.
