Hello! I’m Brandie and I’m overjoyed you’re here. It’s been my life path to support women and families with practical, holistic tools for well-being.

I designed this 8-week program as a response to the upheaval we have experienced in one way or another over the past several months, the impact it's likely having on our health, and the need for clarity and connection as we move forward. 

After working with many women as an RN Women's Wellness Coach and Bodyworker, I know this- we are not meant to do life alone. In fact, we are made for connection and belonging. 

We can survive in isolation, but we thrive in connection and community.

Wellness is not about being perfect.

In my own life, I’ve discovered that pursuing perfection is a waste of time and energy and always leaves me feeling depressed and unfulfilled.

As Anne Lamott says, “Perfection is the voice of the oppressor.” Instead, I guide you to take action to move through fear, claim what you need, and take ownership of your health and your life in a way that feels really good.

 
 

What You'll Get From This Program

Over 8 weeks, we'll cover the pillars of wellness- Rest, Boundaries, Nourishment, Movement, Mindfulness, and Environment. Each week you will get a new lesson to help you focus and take action in these areas so you can move forward with more confidence.

My hope and intention for these 8 weeks is that you will integrate new insights and self-discoveries and you will start to take bold, courageous action to create what you want in your life.

How it works

  1. After you join the program, you will receive access to an exclusive online space (not Facebook!) for the course. This is where you will access the content each week and where you will connect with other women in our community.

  2. Over the 8 weeks, we will have four one-hour group coaching calls.

*All calls will be recorded for later viewing if you can’t attend live.

3. You have two private coaching sessions to use during the 8-week course and I will be available for support throughout the 8-week course.

I follow a holistic nursing process to guide you through our program. This process is non-linear and cyclical, just like us.

I have friends and a community, why do I need this?

First of all, hallelujah for that! Friends and community are essential. Our structured group coaching program is different in that we have a specific intention and focus for our work together. As a Nurse Coach, I am here to serve, not please you, and you are in no way obligated to be my friend! This is a place for you to receive what you need to show up in a more powerful, integrated way in the rest of your relationships.

I’m part of a lot of online groups already, how is this different?

While I can’t speak specifically to how other groups compare, I do know this- a relationship with a professional Nurse Coach is unique and powerful. We have specialized training in an emerging integrative healthcare paradigm that empowers you to be the owner of your health. As a Registered Nurse, I hold my ethical commitments and scope of practice as sacred and I promise to play full out as your guide and coach. In other groups, you may not get that level of commitment and service.

And, frankly, when you pay money for accountability and guidance, you are much more likely to show up for yourself, do the work and get the results you’re seeking.

Is there a religious component to this program?

There is not a religious component; however, because I view health through a holistic lens, there is absolutely a spiritual component including the tools and support to (re)discover your own spiritual practice or rituals that work for you.

I don’t have a lot of free time right now, how much time does this require?

Yes, woman, I feel you. I’ve designed this program on the principles of Do Less philosophy (thanks Kate Northrup!) so that we maximize our results with little time spent by following the cycles of our bodies and nature. To get the most out of the program, you can anticipate spending 20 mins to 2 hours per week accessing the content and doing the exercises.

What if I join and then decide this isn’t for me?

I’m confident that you will love this program, and I also understand when things don’t turn out the way we thought. I’m happy to offer a full refund if you decide within the first two weeks that this program isn’t for you.

What is the cost of the program and do you have payment plans?

Your investment in you is $699 for the 8-week program. Yes, payment plans are available as well as a special price if you join with a friend! See below.

I want to do this with my friend, is there a discount for that?

Yes! If you join with a friend, you each get a deep discount of $200 off- so your price is $499 instead of $699. Yay!
