What You'll Get from Your Guidance Group

This program is designed to empower you with the tools and guidance to understand the needs of your body, and how your daily thoughts, choices and actions can create more health. Together with other like-minded women, you can make new self-discoveries and take bold, courageous action to create what you really want in your life and your health.

Over 8 weeks with weekly lessons and 6 group coaching calls, we cover the Four Pillars of Self-Care: Rest, Nourishment, Movement, and Boundaries.

About Your Guide

Hello! I’m Brandie and it’s been my life path to support women and families with practical, holistic tools for health and well-being.

After working with hundreds of women as a Registered Nurse, Women's Wellness Coach and Bodyworker, I know this- we are not meant to do life alone. In fact, we are made for connection and belonging. 

We can survive in isolation, but we thrive in connection and community.

I created Guidance Groups as a way to walk with other women through a process of change and self-ownership in safe community.

When are the calls?

Wednesdays March 8, 15, 22, April 5, 12, 19, 26th @ 10 -11:30 am CST

*All calls will be recorded for later viewing if you can’t attend live but of course attending live is the best way to go!

Is this program based on specific religious beliefs?

We do not promote any particular religious beliefs. As holistic nurses, we view health through a holistic lens which includes spirituality as you experience it. Our intention is to support you in your own spiritual practice and rituals that work for you. We use heart-centered mindfulness practices which are different from prayer.

I don’t have a lot of free time right now, how much time does this require?

We hear you! You can anticipate spending 30 mins per week accessing the content and the daily practices vary in length. There are six, 90-minute calls. Because this is a small group coaching program, we ask that you commit 100% to showing up for yourself and our group by attending the calls and interacting with the weekly lessons.

What is the cost of the program?

Your investment is $888 or three payments of $300. Limited scholarships are available. Please inquire here for scholarships.

Do you take insurance?

We do not accept insurance, but we can accept a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) card.
