What You'll Get from the Program

Over 8 weeks, we'll cover the pillars of wellness- Nourishment, Movement, Rest, and Boundaries. With videos, audio practices and our group calls, you will learn about your wise, beautiful body and what you need to thrive.

This program is designed to empower you with body awareness to understand your body, your hormones and your health, as well as the guidance and accountability to make new self-discoveries and take bold, courageous action to create what you want in your life and health.

 

How it works

  1. After you enroll, you will receive access to the program in Well Woman Co. where you will access content each week, find the links to our calls and connect with other women in our community.

  2. Over the 8 weeks, we will have four two-hour group coaching calls where we will deep dive into the concepts and guide you through the obstacles to making lifestyle changes.

    *All calls will be recorded for later viewing if you can’t attend live.

  3. You have one private coaching session with Brandie Mitchell, RN, NC-BC where we will go deeper into your unique needs and challenges.
