Well Woman Coaching™ is a co-creative journey that begins exactly where you are. Whether you're navigating fatigue, burnout, hormone shifts, or simply sensing that something has to change, you're not alone—and you're not broken.

This 8-week group coaching experience invites you to slow down, listen inward, and heal on your terms—alongside a small circle of women doing the same.

Led by a Board-Certified Nurse Coach— a Registered Nurse with specialized training in coaching techniques and holistic modalities— this group coaching circle supports you in navigating the stress of daily life, health transitions, and the complex demands of modern womanhood with new resources, support, and connection.

This program is for you if you’re experiencing:

  • Constant fatigue, burnout, or emotional depletion

  • Hormonal shifts like perimenopause, irregular cycles, or PMS

  • Sleep issues, gut disruption, or autoimmune flares

  • Unhelpful people-pleasing patterns, boundary struggles, or chronic stress

What You’ll Experience Inside a Coaching Circle

This is not a course— it’s a guided coaching container rooted in the Well Woman Coaching™ process.
In a coaching circle, you'll:

  • Explore practical ways to support your daily well-being, such as breath practices for calming your nervous system, simple meal strategies to stabilize energy and mood, movement that supports your goals, and boundary-setting practices to protect your time and peace.

  • Receive expert support in a safe, non-judgmental space.

  • Share stories and find solidarity with women on a similar journey.

  • Clarify your vision of health and take aligned action towards what you want.

  • Create goals that are rooted in your values and real-life rhythms.

  • Build rituals of rest, nourishment, and movement into your everyday life.

Who is this program for?

This group is for women who are ready to reclaim their energy, reconnect with their bodies, and make aligned changes in their health and life. It’s especially supportive if you're navigating hormonal shifts, burnout, stress, chronic symptoms, or feel disconnected from your inner wisdom.

What happens on a group coaching call?

Each call includes self-reflection (journaling, discussion), an opportunity to be coached through something you’re navigating, and somatic (body) and mindfulness practices.

What if I can’t attend all 8 sessions?

Life happens! While we encourage full attendance for the best experience, you won’t be “behind” if you miss a week. Each session builds on your journey, not a fixed curriculum. You’ll have access to your group in our private online coaching community, call replays, and reflection prompts and practices to stay connected.

What’s the difference between this and a course or workshop?

This is not a course with modules to complete or homework to submit. It’s a live, small-group coaching container where we focus on your unique path and what you’re navigating right now. In this small coaching circle, your presence and contribution matter, and you’ll receive personalized coaching around what you most need.

How do I choose the right group time for me?

When you register, you’ll be able to choose the day/time option that works best for you. Based on the feedback we received, we are offering a weekday evening and weekday option. Groups are kept small (4–8 women), so we’ll confirm your placement based on availability and fit.

When are the calls?

We have two coaching circle options to choose from upon registration. Whichever group you select is the group you will be part of for the full 8 weeks.

Tuesday Coaching Circle - Sept 9th - Oct 28th, 6 - 7 pm CST

Friday Coaching Circle - Sept 12th - Oct 31st, 12 - 1 pm CST

What if I don’t like group settings?

It’s common to feel hesitant about being vulnerable in a group, especially if you’ve felt dismissed or overlooked in the past. That’s why this group is intentionally small, spacious, and guided with care. Many women find that being witnessed and supported by others becomes the most healing part of the experience.

Will there be 1:1 support included?

While the focus is on group coaching, you’ll have the opportunity to access discounted private sessions during the 8 weeks.

Is this covered by insurance?

No, this coaching program is not covered by insurance. However, many participants find it to be a cost-effective alternative or complement to other forms of care. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds—check with your provider.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Because space is limited and the group dynamic is an essential part of the experience, all payments are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, we’re happy to discuss options for transferring your enrollment to a future group.
