[audio] Well Woman Voice Notes 002: What Gets In The Way Of Trusting Ourselves

A 7-minute audio reflection on what often gets in the way of trusting ourselves.

Many women are told to “trust their intuition,” but in reality trusting ourselves can feel complicated. Over time, stress, conditioning, and certain life experiences can quietly erode our confidence in our own perceptions.

A few things that often interfere with self-trust:

• Chronic stress and diminished nervous system capacity
• Information overload and competing advice
• Conditioning to defer to authority
• Relational experiences that cause us to question our reality

The good news is that self-trust can be rebuilt. Often slowly, through rest, reflection, and safe spaces where our voice is welcomed and respected.

If you’re relating to this and would like to go deeper in a private session with me, I’d love to invite you into a 90-minute Clarity Session. This is the first step in The Well Woman Process™ and can be a stand alone session or part of ongoing support. Learn More →
