Meet Mag, Your New Favorite Mineral
After a stress-filled start to the year with my dad being hospitalized with Covid (he's home and continuing to recover- hallelujah!), I've spent this week reconnecting to my self-care and replenishing what is most definitely feeling depleted.
In addition to committing to a daily yoga practice with Yoga with Adriene, I've been focusing on replenishing one of the most common deficiencies for most Americans- Magnesium.
